Pat Lynch

I have truly sad news today as I found out that my brother James Patrick Lynch died yesterday, November 1st 2008. Pat was a great man and he suffered from Diabetes most of his life. Also in July of this year he survived a colon cancer operation and he appeared to be doing well. I met up with him a couple weeks ago and we spent time together with my sisters in Las Vegas. My Brother Pat had posted nearly $200,000 bail on my behalf to allow me to be out of jail while I awaited trial and now sentencing. My Brother Pat was a hero to me and our family. Currently I am awaiting court approval to travel to New Mexico to be with my family. These are some of the last photos of Pat, my sisters and I together in Las Vegas October 12, 2008. Also I have added some photos of Pat and Charlie in Amsterdam in 2000 and more photos from the link below. May the Good Lord Bless my Brother’s Soul. Remember to love your family and friends while you can. One of the hardest parts of living is seeing our loved ones pass on.

On Tuesday November 4th 2008 Judge Wu granted Charlie permission to travel to New Mexico. Charlie must continue to report in to Pre Trial Services on Tuesdays and Thursdays and also may have to report to a Federal Agency in New Mexico.
