Judge Wu said in his Final Sentencing Memo date April 29, 2010:

While simple popularity is not a factor to be considered, the Court notes that it has received more letters in support of Lynch in this matter than in any other case in the undersigned judicial officer’s 16 years on the federal and state benches.

Sentencing was on June 11, 2009 so it is too late to get a letter into the hands of Judge Wu. As a last ditch attempt we are asking supporters to contact the White House and Department of Justice asking them to stop the prosecution of Charles C. Lynch. Here is the contact information:

Suggest writing to Obama and mentioning his campain promise to uphold states rights regarding medical marijuana. Also mention his oath to uphold the constitution and the 10th amendment which the California medical marijuana laws are based upon.

Suggest writing to Eric Holder asking him to clarify his recent statements saying that Federal Government will only prosecute dispensaries who are violating state and federal law. Also mention that Judge Wu in the Charles C. Lynch case is 'looking for a way out' because Judge Wu knows the details of the Lynch case and does not think Lynch should be sent to jail. Also ask Mr. Holder to reverse the conviction of Charles C. Lynch or at least give him a new trial where he can present evidence in his defense such as California State Laws.
