Sentencing is on June 11, 2009 so it is too late to get a letter into the hands of Judge Wu. As a last ditch attempt we are asking supporters to contact the White House and Department of Justice asking them to stop the prosecution of Charles C. Lynch. Also mention that Judge Wu in the Charles C. Lynch case is 'looking for a way out' because Judge Wu knows the details of the Lynch case and does not think Lynch should be sent to jail. Also ask Mr. Holder to reverse the conviction of Charles C. Lynch or at least give him a new trial where he can present evidence in his defense such as California State Laws.
