"Good morning my name is Joseph, and I came across your segment on Reason TV hosted by Drew Carey and could not help but be touched by the unfortunate situation you find yourself in. I think that conflicts of laws are just that and those arguments should be between lawmakers. To snag the citizenry and make them test cases in a civil trial is one thing, but to do it in a criminal trial when the absolute depravation of civil liberty is at stake completely undermines the intention of the law and the will of the people.
