The California State Law links expire, so to get to the laws manually follow these steps:

1. Click here for the California State Law Search Page.
2. When the page opens click the Health and Safety Code check box
3. Scroll down and type 11362 into the search text field
4. Click the search button
5. In the list that should appear, click the section you are looking for. Sections 11362.7-11362.83 protect patients while 11362.5 protect caregivers and section 23152 discusses driving under the influence.  
6. You should be there.  Read the laws or scroll around to find the section you are looking for.
